پلی‌وینیل کلراید امولسیونی (EPVC) یکی از انواع مهم رزین‌های PVC است که از طریق پلیمریزاسیون امولسیونی تولید می‌شود. این نوع رزین دارای اندازه ذرات بسیار ریز، توزیع یکنواخت و قابلیت اختلاط عالی با افزودنی‌ها و نرم‌کننده‌ها است. ویژگی اصلی EPVC، انعطاف‌پذیری بالا و قابلیت شکل‌دهی در محصولات نرم و منعطف است که آن را از PVC سوسپانسیونی متمایز می‌سازد.
